This Locking Tilt Drum Dolly is designed to get the last 2-3 percent of liquid out of the bottom of a drum. Once the drum is placed on the dolly simply depress the tilt pedal in order to allow your drum pump complete access to the remaining liquid. The tilt pedal raises one edge of the drum 3" higher than the other tilting the drum 10 degrees. The remaining liquid then flows to the lower side of the drum where a drum pump can be used to extract the remaining liquid.
